Our JOURney

A Straightforward 4-Step Journey

Step 1 - Start Your Assessment
Share your dental concerns, how many missing or damaged teeth you have, your location, and your Super balance (if applicable). This helps us understand what you need and how we can guide you.
Step 2 - Treatment & Funding Guidance
We review your information and explain your possible treatment pathways for implants, All-on-4, removable full-arches or full mouth reconstruction and whether you may be eligible to use your Super through Early Release of Super (ERS). We keep things clear, practical, and pressure-free.
Step 3 - Match With a Trusted Dentist
Based on your needs and location, we match you with an AHPRA-registered clinic experienced in advanced restorative dentistry and ERS-aligned cases. You’ll receive a consultation where treatment details, costs, and timelines are explained clearly.
Step 4 - Begin Your Smile Transformation
With the right clinic, a clear plan, and funding options, you can move forward confidently. Your dentist will guide you from your first appointment through to your final result restoring function, comfort, and confidence.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Unsure about what happens next? These FAQs walk you through the process in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
1. Does the assessment cost anything?
No, the assessment is free and there is no obligation to proceed. It simply helps us understand your needs so we can guide you properly.
2. Can I use my Super to pay for treatment?
You may be eligible through Early Release of Super (ERS) if dental issues are affecting your daily life or wellbeing. While we cannot provide financial advice, we help explain the process clearly and connect you with clinics familiar with ERS patients.
3. Will I be matched with a dentist near me?
Yes. We match you with a suitable AHPRA-registered clinic based on your condition, location, and treatment needs.
4. Do I need a referral to get started?
No. You can start your assessment immediately, no referral from your GP or dentist is required.
5. Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. Your details are kept confidential and are only used to guide your assessment and connect you with the right clinic.
6. What happens after the clinic match?
You’ll be invited to attend a consultation, where your dentist will examine your teeth, take any necessary scans, and prepare a personalised treatment plan.
